It is recommended that customers perform a backup of their data prior to submitting their devices for repair. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur before, during, or after the repair work.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Ninety days warranty on screen replacement.
  • Warranty voids for Touch and LCD if the device is in accidental damage or water damage.
  • Any lining on display or spots are not covered in warranty.
  • Ninety days warranty on battery replacement.
  • Forty five days warranty on other repairs.

- For clear understanding, please read/ask about the warranty policies at front desk before submitting the device for repair.

 - Claim rejection or approval will be decided by the store only after the device inspection thoroughly. 

- Warranty means either a proper solution will be provided to the problem faced by the customer or the entire spare part will be replaced.

 - All types of claims will be valid only once in the given warranty period. 

-Service charge will have to be paid in warranty claim case.
