- Ninety days warranty on screen replacement.
- Warranty voids for Touch and LCD if the device is in accidental damage or water damage.
- Any lining on display or spots are not covered in warranty.
- Ninety days warranty on battery replacement.
- Forty five days warranty on other repairs.
1. Screen/LCD that malfunctions, or does not work as intended or designed.
2. Any display issues that may arise without any manual intervention and are related to the screen quality specifically touch issues.
If the screen replaced by us causes any above mentioned issues, you can claim WARRANTY.
TERMS & CONDITIONS-
- We are not liable for any data loss that might occur during the repair process; it is advisable for customers to back up their data before proceeding with the repair.
- For clear understanding, please read/ask about the warranty policies at front desk before submitting the device for repair.
PLEASE NOTE-
- The store will determine whether to approve or reject the claim only after a comprehensive inspection of the device.
- The warranty ensures that the customer will receive either a suitable resolution to their problem or a complete replacement of the defective spare part.
- All claims will be honored only once during the specified warranty period.
- A service fee will be applicable in the case of a warranty claim.
- The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired to the original customer. It is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or handed over to another individual.
- Mobile phone must be switching on & functioning normally other than replaced part to process claim request.
- Part Replaced under warranty will not have any kind of warranty extension.
The Warranty Is Void In The Following Circumstances:
- We do not provide coverage for accidental damage, and our warranty will be rendered void in such cases. Any direct damage or damages resulting from accidents are not included in the warranty protection.
- Any issues with the display that may occur as a result of manual intervention, such as visible lines, spots and a blank screen.
- Any damage resulting from improper handling that leads to bending, twisting, or cracking of the frame will not be considered.
- Excessive force applied to the screen can cause issues like discoloration or lines to form on the display.
- unintentional or intentional drop.
- Water damage
- Tampering with internal hardware
- Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs
- Software issues unrelated to the repair
- Jail-broken/routed devices
- New damages unrelated to the original repair
